About the Project
Join a seasoned team of industry leaders as we launch the first stage of a groundbreaking immersive entertainment experience that blends live performance, interactive escape challenges, media, and a rich, evolving adventure story with an environmental mission.
Designed to feel like being pulled into an adventure film, our first experience introduces audiences to a comic book style universe through a series of quests that combine mystery, beauty, and collaboration.
Groups will work and play together with San Francisco as our playground, learning about each other’s hidden talent and creativity and having fun in a range of settings – perfect for a team building event, holiday party or other group outing.
Role Overview
We’re seeking an ambitious Group Sales Manager to drive bookings for corporate groups, private events, and holiday parties. This is an opportunity to join our team at an early stage, help shape our sales strategy, and directly impact our success.
Your core focus will be selling group experiences to companies and organizations, with an emphasis on building relationships that convert into partnerships and selling group events.
You’ll identify and engage decision-makers (HR, People Ops, Office Managers, Event Planners), pitch our experience, and close bookings. You’ll get creative and work with prospects to craft customized events.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Outreach: Research and identify target companies, event planners, and organizations in the Bay Area.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build, track, and manage a high volume of leads through CRM, from first contact to closed booking.
Pitch & Present: Deliver compelling presentations and site visits (in person and virtual) to showcase our offering.
Event Package Development: Work with the production and operations teams to create appealing group packages tailored to client needs.
Partnership Development: Establish relationships with local corporate networks, hotels, and event planners to drive referrals.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication to secure repeat bookings and long-term clients.
Sales Reporting: Track progress against targets and provide insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience — preferably in events, entertainment, hospitality, or related fields
Existing strong network in San Francisco corporate, event planning, and hospitality circles.
Experience creating, organizing, or selling group events — from concept through execution.
Strong B2B sales skills and comfort selling to executives, HR teams, and event planners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with experience using CRM tools and AI.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Knowledge of the San Francisco/Bay Area corporate market a strong plus.
