Join a seasoned team of industry leaders as we launch a prototype for a groundbreaking immersive entertainment experience that blends live performance, interactive escape challenges, media, and a rich, evolving adventure story with an environmental mission.

Designed to feel like stepping into an in-real-life video game, the prototype introduces audiences to a comic book style universe through a series of events that combine mystery, beauty, and collaboration. As a prototype for this first of its kind experience, we will refine the guest experience, experiment with game mechanics, test food and beverage, integration, vet guest engagement, and build momentum with audiences and partners.

This project is exciting, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply creative—perfect for a project manager who thrives on bringing ambitious, multi-disciplinary experiences to life.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and dynamic Experience & Operations Director to lead our team and oversee all venue and operational aspects of the prototype. This role ensures flawless preparation and execution of events, maintains smooth day-to-day operations, and fosters a culture of welcoming collaboration, joyful positivity, and true commitment to excellence across the team. The venue is scheduled to be open to the public Wednesday through Sunday weekly serving events and single ticket guests.

This is a short-term, full-time role with long-term potential as our company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Guest Experience

• Champion guest-first thinking, ensuring every detail supports an extraordinary immersive experience.
  

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and support the Bar Manager, cast members, cleaning staff, and costume maintenance team.
  

• Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff as needed.
  

• Foster a collaborative, energized, and adaptable team culture.
  

Venue & Event Operations

• Ensure the venue is always guest-ready: clean, safe, and properly staged.
  

• Oversee logistics for group buyouts, concerts, and other special events.
  

• Anticipate operational needs and problem-solve quickly under changing conditions.
  

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Partner closely with creative and production teams to align operations with story-driven guest experiences.
  

• Coordinate with external vendors (rental companies, AV teams, caterers, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, venue management, or large-scale live event production including in restaurants, bars, theater or other live entertainment venues
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, variable environments.
  

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
  

• Passion for immersive, creative, or entertainment-driven experiences.
